Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UDLARN LLC governing your use of Bambarata. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Bambarata is a cloud-based video subtitle editing platform that allows you to upload videos, generate subtitles using AI, edit and customize subtitles, export videos with burned-in subtitles, and download subtitle files (SRT, VTT, ASS).

Service Limits: Videos must be 90 seconds (1.5 minutes) or less in duration and 200MB or less in file size. These limits are designed for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without permission
• Reverse engineer or resell access to the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and process your content.

6. Payment and Billing

The Service uses a credit-based system where 1 credit = 1 video upload + 5 free exports. The first 5 exports per video are included free with your upload. After 5 exports, each additional export costs 1 credit. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor (we don't store credit cards). Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify pricing at any time; changes won't affect already-purchased credits.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by UDLARN LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Subtitles generated from your content belong to you.

8. Service Availability

We don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages. We're not liable for losses from unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UDLARN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UDLARN LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the Service or other users.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, per American Arbitration Association rules. You waive your right to a jury trial and class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
